Client Technical Services

Delivering world-class solutions on a global e-commerce platform.

When your clients´ supply chains span the globe, every day brings new challenges. Together, the Product Support Engineers, Architects, and Managers in Client Technical Services (CTS) balance experience, fresh ideas, and established engineering practices to tackle those challenges, delivering unparalleled quality with each and every solution.

A career in CTS means taking ownership of projects. It means working with clients to analyze requirements and meet them, implementing solutions, and seeing those solutions through to deployment. As a whole, CTS efficiently addresses the day-to-day technical maintenance, analysis, core and customer development, and EDI deployments used to increase supply chain visibility and streamline supply chain execution. These responsibilities affect the success of LOG-NET and, ultimately, the success of global commerce.

Help our clients reach new heights in the global marketplace; join our dynamic, dedicated CTS team.

Network Services

Ensuring our foundation remains strong.

Network availability and performance are crucial in global supply chain execution, where business- and time-critical information depends on a healthy, agile network. LOG-NET Network Services builds on and strengthens these cornerstones, ensuring delivery of the right information to the right user at the right time.

Network Services is the architect of our network infrastructure, which consists of two data centers, and is responsible for corporate and Internet network connectivity and security, not to mention over 60 servers and 10 Terabytes of storage, clustered firewalls, and CISCO routers and switches.

The development and maintenance of these systems is critical to the smooth operation of our company. Network Services also works with developers and support staff to administer over 100 staff workstations and mobile systems.
